Paula is the Senior Coordinator, Trainee Liaison within the Training Support Unit and has more than 16 years’ experience working in diverse healthcare environments including mental health. Paula has qualifications in counselling and mediation with extensive experience in peer support, complaints management and patient experience.
Paula is undertaking further study in Psychology in 2018.
